1837: The house on Chorgasse is built, Zurich agriculture is not yet industrialized. Rechberg takes this time as inspiration. Only products that are not industrially bred and not industrially cultivated find their way into the kitchen. Original varieties and sustainable cultivation. Animal products very selected and always comprehensive. No processed products, no artificial additives. Passionate, sincere craftsmanship.
