Hello There!

At home in a house built in 1837. A time before the food industry existed. There was no Thomy mayonnaise, no protein powder, and certainly no strawberries in January. Food followed the rhythm of nature.
And that’s exactly what we hold on to. We work closely with farmers, breeders, and producers – all from Switzerland. They provide us with raw ingredients – unprocessed, honest, and fresh. The rest, we do ourselves: we ferment, smoke, dry, age, roast, braise, and preserve – with no artificial additives of any kind.
A kitchen shaped by nature – not because it’s trendy, but because it makes sense.

The same applies to what’s in your glass. Our cellar is filled with Swiss wines from small, independent wineries – bottles with character, edges, and quirks. And definitely nothing you’d find in a duty-free shop.
