Our farmers, producers, and breeders provide us with what is ripe for the kitchen. From this, a menu is created. Without artificial aids, without processed means. Exclusively with products from Switzerland. No pepper, no spices, no olive oil, no chocolate, no coffee. Only the taste of the region.

7 courses. A bit of fish and meat. Vegetables at the center. Also enjoyable in 4 courses. We are happy to accommodate allergies, diets, and dietary preferences.
