Our farmers, producers, and breeders bring us what is ripe for the kitchen. From this, a menu is created. Without artificial aids, without processed ingredients. Exclusively with products from Switzerland. No pepper, no spices, no olive oil, no chocolate, no coffee. Only the taste of the region.
7 courses. Includes animal products, but with a focus on vegetables. We are happy to accommodate allergies, diets, and dietary preferences. A 4-course menu is also available from Tuesday to Thursday.
